Creamy Tomatillo Dressing
It’s been said that our Creamy Tomatillo Dressing should be its own food group. Sure it’s great on our salads, but people love them on our tacos, quesadillas, burritos, chips, and even by the spoonful. Our Creamy Tomatillo is made from tomatillos, jalapenos, salsa fresca, cilantro, and a blend of flavor-packed spices. #TheObsessionIsReal #CafeRio
Chips & Queso
We know. Hot melted cheese is totally awesome. But our queso is made even more awesome by our mix of Mexican peppers and spices. Better get extra chips. #TheObsessionIsReal #CafeRio

I visited here around 8pm. Was originally going to get taco combo plate until i saw their food line and got the tortilla soup instead. The chicken tortilla soup was so delicious and fresh. I tried one of the tuesday specials with beef. It was okay not a fan of the thick tortillas, especially if the marinated juice gets my taco soggy on one side.

Ordered (Uber Eats) two burritos, one grilled chicken, one carne asada. Both dry. They get it to me quickly but they put the burritos in the container with a watery pico, lettuce, cilantro mix and the burritos are drenched and cannot be eaten with my hands. As for taste? very bland, especially the carne asada. To sum up… nothing to write home about. With all the Mexican restaurants around us, there’s really no need to try this place. Just a waste of time.

Really good Mexican food, if a little pricey. The sweet pork is excellent! Really enjoyable. The staff will sing to you if you’re a first-timer, which is fun and silly. But prepared to set down $15 for a burrito and drink. I’ll definitely be back, though.

The food and place is ok but not as great as those I visited in UT. Also two burritos and a drink costed over $30. Inflation hits hard to people living in So. Cal.

I don’t enjoy leaving 1 star reviews but this place has gone way downhill. I know that the restaurant business is difficult and the cost of doing business has skyrocketed. But these places continue to sacrifice quality and I can’t keep quiet about it.

When you’re in the mood for some sweet pulled pork, this is the place to go. They have a specific take on Mexican food that just hits the spot, just like In N Out, The Habit, or Five Guys have their take on burgers that satisfies a specific taste. Their location is always clean and staff is great. We’ve been here many times and they’re really good with producing quality meals with fresh ingredients. They can recreate the same meal time after time with the same consistency each time you go. The only variance that I’ve ever really seen is that the “hot” sauce sometimes has a little more or less kick than other times – It’s always good though. If you’re going for the first time, these are two of my favorites: the Sweet Pork Burrito, “Enchilada style” and the Sweet pork Salad with extra pico de gallo. The reality is that no matter what you get, you’ll be happy with it.

For a place you order and sit down at, it was very clean and the food was amazing. Everyone was very kind and my son loved the calm atmosphere!

Real nice staff. Courteous. But you gotta have good food. Everything else is secondary. Way salty. That’s all I gotta say.
