Extremely Disappointed!!! Ordered 2 #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Giant subs and when I got home the store had made 2 STEAK subs. We don’t eat red meat! I called the store and got an attitude and was told if I want to drive back they would make my order correctly – like they were doing me a “favor”!! Well $50 in the trash and my family has no supper!

Who we are assuming was the manager was extremely rude to her staff, it seemed like there were too many people behind the counter and they all seemed very stressed due to the way the manager was speaking to them. We both felt really bad for the employees afterward.

2 times been there. Slow staff and seems filthy even the employees. Had the Hershey squirts both times afterwards. Not as good and clean as the only other one I tried in Beverly MA

I got the giant #55 chicken sub. There was hardly any chicken on it. I got it in the past with no problem but on 3/2/23 was the worst yet. I ate it at home otherwise I would have returned it.

I don’t like that the girl who made my sandwich has a lot of bracelets dangling around her wrists. I don’t know if she’s cleaning those when she’s cleaning her hands. Does she takes them off to wipe herself in the restroom or just wipe with the bracelet’s on? They could be moldy from continuous showering. Not clean.
