We ordered two orders of there cheese tater totes without the garlic sauce and they did put it on there the last three times and this time we called and the manager was extremely rude when we told her she said that it would be ready for pick up, and there is no reason for us to have to drive there to pick up the order that they messed up and we had told them that and they were going to charge us to deliver. When asked for her name she refused to give it to us and she never apologized to us.

I arrived at the place, when I arrived it was open and supposedly closed at 1:00 am ,because as far as I got out of the car they turned off the open sign and closed the door despite the fact that the schedule was open and they had seen that a client arrived ,that is why I never recommend this place, the attention is terrible to the client

Dominos is good pizza. But sometimes it’s not about just the pizza that makes your experiences good. Good service, being treated like you’re a human, and given just a little bit of respect when conducting business goes a long way. And I got all of that when I went to Dominos on University.

Came to Domino’s pizza after getting done with work. Tried to place an order, and the music playing in the background was loud enough that the person taking my order couldn’t hear what I was saying. I mentioned maybe if they turned down the music she could actually hear me. Her reaction “huh”. Music is good, but when it so loud the persons on the phone trying to take orders are having a hard time hearing the people on the other end and and the person taking my order couldn’t hear.
