I usually go to the Penfield location but I was in the neighborhood of this location so I went here instead. The employees were too busy gossiping to acknowledge me when I came to the counter. When one finally approached me, I had to repeat myself several times because he was continuing his conversation with the other employee and not listening to me.

This location could do better the staff were not social and seemed annoyed to be working. Mostly likely having a bad day, but someone there could have smiled a little. The condiments station was not very clean. Food was delicious as always when my daughter and I stop at a Moe’s.

Stood there waiting for service for about 15 minutes while no one else was in the place and they were just finishing an order when we walked in. There were two people there that looked like sisters and they couldn’t seem to care less if we were waiting or not. We finally left without being served and went down the street to Bunga Burger Bar where the service was 100% better than Moe’s. In recent years that place seems to have gone way down hill.

I ordered the nachos with beef, corn salsa, black olives & queso. There was no black olives or queso. It was horrible. I tried to call & speak to a manager, but an associate said they we’re busy. Obviously not doing their jobs. I order from the location on Jefferson Rd all the time with no issue. I will definitely never order from this location again.

Had the steak bowl, the steak wasn’t good and the overall flavor wasn’t desirable and ended up in the trash after eating half of it. The tables weren’t clean and the salsa bar wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. The gentleman (not the person making my order) said there’s a tip jar over there if you would like to tip, I never inquired about tipping.

Took about 20 minutes for one of the young girls to even bother say “welcome to Moe’s” one girl was having difficult at the register with a customer and the other girl with hair hot bright pink to her butt had no hair net on and had her back to the customers the whole time not looking to see if anyone needs help..then took another few minutes to get food. Lady at register was very friendly. Foutin machine didn’t work so much for my cup of water I wanted. Overall. I rather go somewhere else

I got the Moe Meat Moe Cheese bowl and let me tell you… it was delicious, HOWEVER, later that night and the next day I had the worst diarrhea I’ve had in years. Maybe ever.

The order took an hour instead of the 20 minutes the website said. My family are vegetarians and we ordered two stacks. One hour later and neither of them were right. One had chicken and one had other wrong stuff. When the guy was packing the bag, he put the order from the customer behind me in the bag too, and then I told him that we didn’t order any bowls. At no point did he consider maybe the other things were wrong, he was too busy listening to his airpods. The staff were awful, not helpful, and not doing anything even though there were a dozen people waiting for orders. There is no manager on tonight, so I have to call back tomorrow to get my refund.
