I feel like there is a disturbing trend of Chipotles trying to save money by decreasing the amount of food they dole out. Maybe this is just an issue with pick up orders where they don’t have to make your food in front of you, but my pick up order today seemed smaller by 25-30% compared to what I’m used to. See pic and decide for yourself if you’d be happy with that amount of food. Quality was fine. Taste was good. Pick up was easy. I was just left still feeling hungry. Disappointed.

Best Chipotle in Upland. Don’t bother with the one on Mountain and Foothill near Smart and Final they are stingy with their proteins like it comes out of their paychecks. At this location they give you an actual scoop of protein.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. The girls there have been so rude multiple times that I’ve been there. They give you dirty looks like they don’t want to be there. My boyfriends bowl had frozen sour cream in it. It tastes disgusting . The girl working said that’s the way it is. These kinds of women give the chipotle brand a horrible name! Would not recommended this location to anyone!

Stopped by 1 hour before closing and felt very unwelcome. The girl kept rushing while taking my order (noone in line behind me). My burrito turned out horrible, had to eat it with a fork. This location was filthy! Overall this was a horrible experience. Need to work on your customer service and overall presentation.
