First time having Jimmy John’s and nearly didn’t go when I saw the price. Glad I did though! Worth every penny! The employees were friendly, the restaurant was spotless and very inviting even though I had to get it to go.

I just bought a Italian sub there . My god it’s like eating a salad instead of a sub. Supposed to be double ham , double salami, Double capicola. And u can Literally see through it. My people go to Primos or Jersey mikes. Even the bread was horrible. Like eating cake bread. Jimmy John stole my money. 2 Go else we’re better experience and quality of food. Very sad McDonald’s next door better option. (Look at pictures you love it. Any thinner u won’t see it)

My very expensive Caprese Salami sandwich had virtually nothing in it…less than a spoonful of pesto and NO Cheese…the Mozzarella is what makes the sandwich and not a shred of cheese!!!! We ordered 1 meal deal…supposed to come with a bag of chips and a drink and a single Caprese Salami sandwich…we had a long wait in the drive thru as we watched a huge delivery order get filled thru the glass and the guy took the two sandwiches we ordered and threw them in a bag and gave them to us…I questioned where was the bag of chips and he said we don’t get one with just a sandwich..I had to remind him we got one combo and the second one was just the sandwich…after all he took the order…then he pretty much tossed the bag of chips thru the window…really bad attitude…we were traveling home after a 31/2 hour doctor appointment and were tired and hungry… we drove for a while until we got to an open parking lot closer to home to stop and eat…it was there we had the disappointment of the sandwiches…we paid almost $21 for two substandard sandwiches…a tiny bag of chips and one drink to share…my Caprese sandwich was nothing like the pictures on TV or what was described on the board at the drive thru… We’ll never go there again…always will continue to go to Jersey Mike’s … Jimmy John’s is either not worth your time or money or else it needs a brand new and actually trained staff that at least can fake concern and customer service even if they really don’t care

We went here for the first time since we moved from Texas 5 years ago. I had just gotten stitches out and was in a lot of pain. Donny suggested his favorite sandwich, turkey and roast beef (mine too). It was perfect. He was so friendly and it was a great experience, especially after a rough day. Definitely recommend.

Two thumbs up to the crew at Jimmy John’s in Lancaster. We chose this site as it was close to Lancaster Bible college and the match that we had this past Saturday as a mid day snack for the team. The ordering process was painless and they had everything waiting for us with no issues. My only suggestion is that you get some trays to be able to carry fountain drinks. Good value and good tasting sandwiches. A very clean standalone location. Thanks again.

Edible but basic. Had #9 asked for banana peppers, she said they only have hot peppers or pickles. I’ve had the same quality sub at Giant or Stauffers. OK if nothing else.
