I bought a take-out dinner Box ‘B’ and one shrimp tempura cheese roll. The shrimp tempura roll was too large to even bite. 2 shrimps were stacked together in a roll. I don’t even know why they made this way instead of just making one shrimp and cheese in a roll. The B Box I got was 24$ which I was expecting a decent food. But the spicy tuna was too red color and the chicken was too hard.

A very nice Chinese dinner. I did not have sushi, but our friend who did said it was also delicious. The crab rangoons were the best I’ve had in northern Virginia, the general Tso wings were piping hot and quite tasty. I loved the wonton soup too! My only drawback was the Mongolian beef was a bit on the salty side for my taste. Everyone in our party enjoyed this thoroughly.

The food was absolutely divine!! The service was excellent. They Mongolian beef was the best Mongolian beef I have ever tried. The restaurant had a very wide variety of dishes that even the pickiest kids will find something they like. There was parking right in front of the restaurant and no issues with parking. PHENOMENAL FOOD!!!! A hidden gem, for sure! Great for takeout or a sit-down meal. They have an extensive menu – both Chinese and Japanese food. The service was phenomenal, including the waiter – he had extensive knowledge of the menu, was extremely attentive, and was very friendly (I think he may have been one of the chefs!). We stopped here for dinner on a low-key date night because the Google reviews were so great! I can’t believe this spot isn’t more popular.

Ordered two Mongolian Beef dishes tonight. Have ordered it before and it was good. Tonight, the dish was so hot and spicy, it was inedible. I called restaurant, the person laughed and said the jalapeños must have been really hot today. I asked if they tasted the dish to ensure quality control before offering and he laughed again. Family couldn’t eat it. No refund as they said it was up to delivery service. Delivery service says it’s up to restaurant. Won’t order from May Island again, no quality control or no serious customer satisfaction effort. Had to throw away half the order. $60 dollars down the drain. Horrible customer service. Horrible food.
