This has to be the absolute worst meal I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I will start by saying I’ve come here plenty of times before without any issue. And I hate to hold one bad experience against them but how they can serve this kind of food is just beyond me. The garlic gaujillo steak was even beyond edible. It was black all around and literally hard as a rock. One I finally broke open a piece it was dried out completely through. How do your employees not realize this when serving this food? I only wish I had opened the order before going home so I could show a manager. I’m so disgusted over it I may never go back to any Chipotle ever again. Zero appetite for it now after being served this garbage.

Do not order catering from this location. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They did not have my order ready at the time scheduled. They had to make the $400 order when I got there! I ordered and paid WAY in advance because of the time of our party. They forgot the corn salsa and we had to run all the way up there during the party to go back up to get it. I tried to call the store and let them know we were on the way to get the missing food and got directed to customer care in a call center. They would not forward my call to the store. Do NOT order catering from here!!!

Employee put half a scoop of protein in my bowl and proceeded to say that anymore would be considered “extra”. Food was okay but little to no meat. Made we walk back and forth for each meal i had. Guy was clearly new so i just let it go. Must train better. Love chipotle but not this location..

Ordered three steak bowls all with guac. The guac was so dark you could tell it was very old. I tasted it just in case and it was nasty. Had to scoop it all off before I ate. As much as you pay extra for this you’d think they’d have it fresh. If I had been there I would have said something, but I sent my son in to pick it up. The food quality at this location used to be awesome and it’s taken a dive downhill recently.

Ordered online and got half chicken half steak with extra cheese and received a bowl with quite literally 5-6 pieces of meat and almost no cheese at all. The prices of food and delivery is outrageous and this is what I got? You pay for a good and service and you don’t get what you paid for. To me they stole money from me because a bowl of rice and corn isn’t the meal I paid for. 10/10 don’t recommend

Went in at 9:30PM when they are open until 11PM to get two bowls, one being a vegetarian. As my bowls were being made I was told the last of the guac just went to an online order. Well there goes my veggie bowl. Can’t really have it without guac. I am NEVER coming to this location again. I wish I went to the Waterloo one instead like I wanted, but I always come here and I guess it’s being ran by kids that don’t care about their customers. Really sad. Goodbye to you! I’ll take my business to a newer and better ran chipotle!

Food is good but I tend to have problems online ordering at this location, if you are ordering online, I recommend ordering at a different location. Additionally the staff here have a much different definition of “extra” than the definition that is commonly referred to. You have to push at this location to get proper serving size or larger serving size.
