I spent an hour between the website and the app just trying to get it to take a payment. I called the store and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I finally got it to work and contacted the store to let them know our precise location as I couldn’t choose pinpoint delivery. He reviewed the order and said it was a cheese pizza. I corrected him and said it was an alfredo pan pizza with mushroom and extra cheese. He just said “yeah”, so I assumed he understood what I said. When I opened it up it was a cheese pizza on original crust with tomato sauce. I called the store back hoping they would replace the pizza I received with the pizza I wanted. I called the store back and got a manager, Lauren, who said she could just give me a store coupon. I said I just wanted a replacement and she claimed she could not do it even after I explained it was a completely different pizza. She even continued to argue with me and said I ordered a cheese pizza when I stated very clearly I ordered mushroom and I even remember choosing the toppings. This has been a horrible experience that has taken up my evening and I won’t be ordering from them again.

“Normal” for this place is little to none for everything on the pizza (had like no sauce and few toppings) which really sucks because the over all quality was 10/10. Please put reasonable amounts of toppings/sauce on the pizza for a NORMAL pizza, I dont want to order extra sauce and have the person working there put 1lb of sauce on there, I just want enough to actually taste it. I’m curious if the previous renters were rude and that’s why I got few toppings.

They delivered the wrong pizza. When we called the store, they said we would get the correct pizza in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later, they showed up. The quality of the pizza was bad. It was a greasy mess and over cooked. We didn’t eat all of it.

Their younger staff was unprofessional. I do not think it is appropriate for the staff to be giving their customers elevator eyes when they are simply trying to wait. Good pizza, because yunno. Its Domino’s. But I’d suggest finding a different location.

Love this Domino’s! We’ve never had a bad experience since they’ve opened. Always very kind and happy. They’ve never gotten our order wrong. And tonight they gave us a complimentary cinnamon twist! I didn’t have to wait long before they had everything right out to me.
