Worst coffee I’ve ever ordered. Next time I’ll be sure to hold up the drive thru taste testing my order. I ordered a butter pecan decaf ice coffee with almond milk and a cake batter decaf iced coffee wit huh almond milk for my daughter. Both drinks were TRASH. Literally! And I didn’t receive a receipt.

Used to live next door to this place. On the plus side, their service is consistently fast and friendly and the store a welcoming little place. Unfortunately, I’m just not impressed by their coffee. It’s always TOO HOT! And can taste burnt. And Dunkin’s donuts? They’re pretty, but look and taste like they were made in a factory. They’re not bad, just not what they used to be.

Updated 2022- I’m constantly having issues with this location. My mobile orders have to be tracked down. I can be an understanding person but their customer service isn’t even good. The point of a mobile order is to be in and out and I’m constantly waiting for assistance after having to stand in line, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Been going here for a while since I work right next door, but today will be the last time. I ordered a large black tea as usual, there was a new guy working so maybe I am being too harsh but he kept asking me a question I couldn’t understand to which I replied “large black tea” 3 times. When I got my tea it had cream and sugar and he refused to make me a new one saying he had asked me 3 times. I left my undrinkable tea on the counter and walked out
