One of my favorite bars at my favorite hotel. Pacific Point is located in the lobby of the Park Hyatt Aviara resort. The bar has really great mixologists in Moises, Jared and Luis. The drinks are innovative and tasty. Give them your base alcohol and let them run with it. You won’t be disappointed. And the bar bites are equally fantastic. From 5-9pm they have sushi options from their in house sushi chef. The burger is massive and the Chipperbec fries are great.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! The Sushi was the best we’ve ever had! So incredibly fresh and delicious. Very attentive service (Sean and his team rock!), fun vibe, stunning view and we even got to see a beautiful wedding. We will definitely go back.

Luis & Deborah we’re phenomenal bartenders and— I’m a cook, fat, and non-vegan— this was the best burger I’ve ever had. 15/10 would recommend. Happy hour specials are pretty damn good too.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt and had many meals at Pacific Point. One of the servers, named Keshwan was especially efficient, friendly and we enjoyed talking with her as well! She’s always smiling, looking for ways to make visitors to the restaurant feel welcome and she truly cares about their dining experience. My wife has a severe shellfish allergy and Keshwan made the kitchen staff aware of it every time we ate at the restaurant. She is a delightful, smart young woman and we look forward to seeing her again on our next visit.
