I am absolutely upset with these people for giving me canned mushrooms instead of fresh after specifically saying so and only offering to have me waste my valuable time to come back to the store after waiting once already like NO and my ranch was chunky and that’s DISGUSTING! LIKE the best the CSR said she could do was have my very hungry kids stop eating and bring the pizza back and if I couldn’t do that a measly $5 dollar credit that had to be used within so many days. Keep your sorry excuse for an apology. The least you could have done was offered to replace that same pizza next visit and the ranch I PAID FOR.

Loved the servers so much, and the food was great for the price! Get the lunch buffet and make a salad. It’s really good when you have all the fixings and a good thick ranch on hand, like this place has. Then dive into the pizza, and you find yourself feeling much more satisfied: your body looks for veggies to say “not hungry anymore”, so it really is nice to have the salad bar!

We stopped by with a big group after spending the day at the river. We got a family special. I thought the pizza tasted better than my local Mazzios. I loved the ham, bacon and cheddar calzone! The cheese stick were good too. Of course, we loved the ranch, also. The service speed was ok but we did have a big group and I think we overwhelmed them a bit.

Mazzio’s of Tahlequah, is the best location I have been to. Their service have been generally lacking in quality for a few months now but the fact there is a buffet a few times a week is a HUGE plus! The salad bar, which is always available, is the best in town. Mazzio’s has a variety of specialty pizzas, my favorite being the taco pizza. See attached picture. Their pizza sauce is like no other and the dessert pizzas are to die for.

Not sure what has happened to this location, but it seems to have gone way downhill. Salad bar was out of several items, appetizer came out after about 40 minute wait, waitress only approached the table once and that was at the end of the meal. They have always had free drinks on Sundays, but they’ve now changed to half-price drinks. It’s just a culmination of things that have made a not so desirable dine in experience. I will say that the food is as good as it’s been in recent memory.

Asked for fresh mushrooms and got canned waited awhile to eat the pizza so the kids could eat it with me and we opened the ranch all 3 were chunky and THAT’S disgusting. The CSR wanted me to have my very hungry kids stop eating the pizza (not the ranch) AND inconvenience myself to come all the way back and get another that they messed up in the first place and since I did not want to do that the best they could do was a 5 dollar account credit that needed to be used in a certain amount of days. My time matters too mazzios…your car should have listened and noted wayyyyy better and you could at least offer to replace the same pizza the next time the customer orders. Keep your $5 dollar quickly expiring sorry excuse for an apology. Attached pictures.

they told a homeless person “we have a business to run” when they asked for scraps. disregarding that we throw out 8 pounds of pizza every day. the place is also disgusting. it was a hostile work environment where i got told i didn’t deserve respect as a 16 yr old. the management is terrible & doesn’t care about their workers

The employee who answered phone spoke with clear tone and at a level of understanding (worked well with my hearing aids), repeated my order back as I ordered separate dishes. Delivery person was warm and friendly yet professional. Wings were hot, salad was cool and chrispy. No errors noted.
