One star so this gets attention . Great food and a good location. I had a very unusual experience today where there was a ton of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. I went into the store and the manager poured out the coffee and refilled the same cup. It still had some grounds in it . I told him to give me a new cup. He was very polite but it was an odd experience.

I was in the area for business, and because it was close I figured a simple kids meal. I’d hadn’t eaten here in years but I knew atleast my food would be fresh and hot . They’re so busy it can’t be cold right? Wellllll the fries were cold he replaced them with more fries barely warmer. The nuggets were barely warm as well. I was so disappointed because this place has always had a great reputation. Oh and Morgan who took my older attitude stunk. She clearly wasn’t happy about being at work. I’m so surprised I guess I had this place on a pedestal well not anymore….

Ordered several chicken filets thru the app and pulled in to get my order. They don’t have a scan QR code to let them know you are here but there was a woman working the drive-thru outside. I got checked in and got my order. Everything was correct and they were pretty fast considering the long lines. Nothing was missing from my order.

The person who refilled our drinks did not speak one single word to us. She stuck her hand out for the cup, didn’t ask what we wanted in it, filled the cup, and handed it back. We said thank you and she said nothing. It was so shockingly rude that I felt compelled to write my first negative review ever. She did not smile or make us feel welcome in any way.
