Traveling for business, I arrived late on 8/12/21and stayed at a local hotel. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza, at 7:58pm; ticket # 0060, that wasn’t cut properly & had to tear it apart in order to eat it. Good thing I had napkins. I’m not sure what type of cheese they used… it was different from other Pizza Huts I order from in St. Louis. Overall the pizza had a good flavor & the mushrooms were rather thick. It was only myself & I ate most of it except for two slices.

This is the worse Pizza Hut we have ever been to. We got there and home and our pizza was freezing cold. The taste was so off we didn’t even know if it was fully cooked. Literally everything that was made from dough at this place was disgusting. We will never ever be back and I recommend trying a different pizza hut if that’s really what you want to eat.

I’d like to start by saying that shift leader Jared is extremely rude and from experience in working as a manager in food service should not be a manager. I ordered a pizza online asked for original with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and bacon and requested for It to be original crust. After returning home from picking up the pizza I noticed that there were no mushrooms and this pizza is hand tossed (which has a thinner crust as shown in the picture below). I contacted the store asked to speak with a member of management, had the extreme misfortune to speak with Jared. I explained the situation, after placing me on hold a few times he let me know that he cut the pizza himself (not sure why that mattered) the pizza was still wrong. He asked me what I’d like for him to do I let him know I’d either like my money back or a new pizza delivered because it’s raining and to travel 15 mins in the rain due to an error with this establishment is extremely inconvenient, he began YELLING AT ME, saying “I’m not going to waste my drivers time delivering a pizza marked as pickup” the conversation turned into a back and forth which is extremely unprofessional so I asked for a store manager and will contact store manager Ron in the morning.

I ordered two thin and crispy pizzas for delivery, along with breadsticks, apple pies, and a 20 oz. Diet Pepsi. My food was delivered very quickly, but without the Pepsi and the pizza was fresh and hot, but quite soggy on the bottom. I didn’t call and complain because the weather was terrible and I didn’t want anyone coming back out to fix anything, but it wasn’t my best experience. Everyone has an off day, so I’m not mad at all.

I ordered 8 wings and got 6. They were garlic parmesan but there was way too much sauce floating all oily looking in the bottom. The pizza box was really good tho. I paid for 4 sauce but wings typically come with a dipping sauce and they didn’t.
