So I ordered the special pizza which comes with 5 or 6 toppings. My tip is that you make the crust thicker when there are so many toppings. I couldn’t pick up a slice it collapsed. It’s common sense in preparing food that you take this into account . A well made pizza you should be able to hold and bend the slice. Also the onions peppers and mushrooms should be sautéed, they just threw the pieces on there. But crust as good and so we’re the meats. A little expensive, I should have picked it up instead of DoorDash. FYI you need to put a seal on pizza box just in case , salad was sealed with tape but not the pizza. That is potentially a problem.

The Manger is always rude. Doesn’t know how to talk to people. This isn’t the first time that I have had the pleasure of dealing with him. while picking up my pizza I noticed that it had a different tag then my Sandwich even. The register girl also brought it up to his attention. He said it’s okay. Then turns to his male coworker to tell the lady to just ring it up. He told his coworker in Spanish thinking I would not understand it that it was a pizza from before that someone didn’t pick up. That’s why it has a different order tag. I Hope he knows that I actually speak French, Spanish, English, Creole and learning Mandarin. To be quite frank it’s rude to talk in a different language so your customers don’t understand. I love how the owner down plays ever bad reviews he gets. That’s a sign of someone that will not change and don’t care for what you have to say. You own your business now its time to own your mistakes.

Almost a $100 in purchases and 2 orders in the past 3 days and there were problems with both. Items ordered were not correct when delivered and the response from them is “I don’t understand why you are so upset”. Totally unacceptable service.

All I could say is WOW! First time coming to this place and I was beyond impressed . Going in not exactly sure what I wanted , I grabbed a menu and asked how the shrimp parm is . The guy told me it was good . He then asked if I wanted the meal and I asked what comes with the meal. He responded with pasta. I told him that would be too much for me since I am on my lunch break so let’s just go with the shrimp parm sub only. I thanked the man and brought the food back to my job . My stomach was yelling at me as I need to eat and when I took that first bite of this sub, my jaw literally dropped . This sub had so much quality to it from the bread to the cheese and how the shrimp was inside the chicken … OMG ! If I could rate this sub more than a 10/10 , I would ! I HIGHLY recommend.

I am so disappointed. I am going from five to one star. This evening we ordered food. The franchisee was water, the chicken had no flavor and was on the tough side. They used minced pre jar garlic and just poured it everywhere with tons of oil when u bit it it dripped down your face.
