Had the Dungeness crab sandwich. It was great. We spent about $25 per head. Great spot from the big bus tour stop.

Oysters and dungeness crab Louie knocked it out of the park. Super fresh, clean, tasty. Overall amazing seafood eating!

Great addition to the neighborhood! The food and staff are amazing. The chowder rivals hog island. Definitely recommend

We got a half dozen kumamoto oysters, crabmeat cocktail, and two grilled oysters. The only thing even remotely worth the money were the grilled oysters. Extremely disappointing. The Kumamotos were tiny (about an inch) and I know they are never very big, but these were laughable. In fact, we did laugh at how absurd it was when they came to the table. Especially when they cost $22. The crabmeat cocktail was about an ounce of crabmeat for $20. It had an obscene amount of very strong cocktail sauce, which did a great job of disguising the fact that the crab had NO flavor. And, to add to the absurdity, the crabmeat was served in a small glass on a bed of lettuce? Very strange. It seemed like they lacked the knowledge to run a quality oyster bar. Very disappointing. Save your money and go to Dorians down the street.

My experience was fantastic! The fresh oysters were out of this world, and the chef’s unique pairing of clams with a French dip was a culinary revelation. The casual atmosphere just added to the overall enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in San Francisco!

Overall, a good place. The chowder was really tasty (not overly thickened), as were the baked oysters with yuzu and roe. The green cioppino was unexpectedly spicy and I prefer the traditional tomato base broth, but my husband enjoyed it. The service was a bit on the slow side, but it could have been because we sat outdoors. We would come back!

Popi’s is a new spot we tried for oysters and seafood and it was fantastic! The place is small inside (we sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen), but it has more sidewalk tables too. The vibe is popping! The food was awesome; fresh ingredients, fresh seafood, great music, and a good wine to go with it. Highly recommend!
