Overall it’s good service except for two things, some drive thru attendees are hard of hearing and will screw up your order, be very clear on what you order. And check your food if it’s correct because you may see what’s on your receipt and say…. It’s correct and then go home and it’s wrong and things are missing, that happens often over there. But I have four stars because they try hard to get it right

She told me if it was dirty she would just close it nit sweep it. Then she told me to watch my son better and slap him if he does it again. We were driving through town and stopped by on Saturday Nov 27 at 10am our meals were good and we had no complaints. I have to give the manager in charge at this time Diane or Diana sorry I wasn’t that close to see the name props as we were there she had one customer that you could tell was still drunk from the night before giving her a bit of a hard time she dealt with it calm and patient . I rarely go to mcdonald’s due to the staff being extremely rude but the times i do decide, i always get the manager named Diana on drive thru. Her attitude is the worse! She’s very rude for no reason when i’m just being friendly. She does not know how to work in customer service and doesn’t deserve too. I’m not the only one who has made complaints about her. She needs to be gone! She ruins mcdonald’s reputation! This isn’t the first time.
