Wow! Hours at drive-thru state 10AM-7PM. Pulled up at 11AM to place order and nobody answered. Pulled up to the window and they UNLOCKED it to see see what we wanted. The employee started with Ummmm, Ummmmm, looking over her shoulder to ask another associate ‘Should I help them?’. Wow! No, thanks! If you don’t want to help people through the drive-thru put up a sign.

My husband and I ordered meals. We waited 20 minutes while several other people were served. When we asked about our order a young man grabbed our order off where the cook had placed it to be served 15 minutes earlier. It had been sitting there the entire time. They obviously forgot, but instead of just saying they were sorry the woman named Destiny at the register rudely insisted that she called our order number several times in 15 minutes. I was standing in front the of the counter the entire time! She’s a liar and definitely not an employee I would want at my store!

We arrived a little before 6:30 and watched as this employee set up and stationed herself at the entrance to the dining area. The sign says they close the dining room at 7. That’s fine, but she stood there for 30 minutes doing nothing but glare at people as they came in, telling them they were closing in x number of minutes. 30 minutes of doing nothing but stand there behind a gate, scaring away potential customers. Not good for business and a total waste of time.

I’ve never had bad food at dairy queen, until today. In fact, I absolutely love dairy queen. The patties on my burger should never have been served. I’ve served tens of thousands of burgers in my years spent as a grill cook. If I where to guess, I would say those patties where par cooked at least an hour or two prior to being served, then sat in a stack on the flat top till I came along. They where the worst patties I’ve ever seen cross the serving counter anywhere. They should have been 86ed, not served! Fries where old too, but at least didn’t resemble the sole of a boot. What a waste of money.
