Went in at 9:40pm they close at 10pm and everyone ignored me. Don’t understand why I’m there trying to buy pizza before you close. So why couldn’t I get any service? Then when I try to call to speak to someone to complain they don’t want to answer the phone. So guess I will be going in first thing when they open to speak to a manager and hopefully figure out why I was ignored. And hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else in the future.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Kayla!! She is a the perfect example of amazing customer service. She is always so friendly and professional no matter how busy or hectic the store may be that day. She always greets customers by name and with that beautiful smile she and makes you feel welcome. She’s a hard worker and has amazing work ethics. I wish this world had a little more Kaylas it would be such a brighter more positive place!!

My kids loves their pizza over the other brand for some reason. Lol! The prices have changed which obviously due to the Economy’s poor performance this past 3 years. Still Slightly pocket friendly. The staff is continuously ever changing, over all Customer Service is okay – tolerable.

Guy named Joey Ramsey there was the most disrespectful rude human being i’ve ever encountered. It’s completely disgusting. I made a joke about some missing order with an unrelated employee and he threatened to ban me from the store, shouted at me in public and tell on me to my work. I did nothing to deserve this kind of unjust shocking behavior. All because I mentioned something about a missing pizza from a past purchase to another employee (and not even a negative way). there is absolutely nothing OK about this Joey working in a place of business. Go to this store if you like being threatened and shouted at by massive douuchebags.

Could not reach the pizzas In slot 7 at the floor. I asked for help an was ignored right off. The toppings on the pizzas were very minimal for the price! I recommend trying another pizza establishment.

My pizza sat on the cold counter for 15 minutes and when I finally got the cold and soggy box it was the regular style pizza. Not sure if that’s new protocol to skimp on the product now but it’s rather pricey for being what it was. I don’t blame the staff in totality for this subpar experience….

Dobt use auto pay at thus location the machine will hiccup and force you to automatically tip of course the staff knows of this and doesent do anything about it or substitute an apology and offer like sorry here’s some free breadsticks or sauce very poorly managed
