Went twice in the last week, first visit was great. Had a twist come absolutely amazing on the hot day. Second visit however I had a piece of sharp hard plastic in my blizzard. It sliced the inside of my mouth when I bit down thinking it was a cookie. No one answered the phone when we called and ended up having all the kids throw their ice cream away. I love DQ, but that was upsetting.

Asked for onion rings, and the person taking order claimed not to hear. Then sat there looking at me humming till I said could you just ring me up for 3 orders of onion rings please? Oh you want 3 orders of onion rings? Yes, yes I do. Cost me $12 extra also went to check the receipt and he overcharged me for all 3 4piece chicken tender meals. On the menu it says $7.89 he charged me $10.29 each… Not returning!

This place was awesome. I loved the food which was warm and nicely cooked. The fries and chicken tenders were amazing.This place was well kept up. The staff were nice and respectful. I recommend this place for the people in the Brandon area.

This place is chaotic – I have never seen such disorganization with 6 people working in a fast food restaurant. I had to approach the counter several times to ask about my order, and each time I had to tell staff what I had ordered. She was walking around with a chocolate cone asking random people who I belonged to. No one appeared to be in charge. Total, frustrating chaos wit completely unconcerned staff when we just wanted to continue our drive home. We were here for 25 minutes, not an exaggeration. Very disappointing, avoid at all costs.
