Ordered a pizza by phone. Driver left pizza on the doorstep, didn’t nock or ring door bell. Called Domino’s back they said they delivered the pizza I confirmed with them the address. Tolled them I didn’t receive the pizza. Manager said to check the front porch! WHAT! Check front porch pizza was covered in ants. Last time I checked they’re supposed to knock on the door!

My pizza wasn’t cut and was burnt around the edges, the cheesebread was ok and “hot wings” were a joke not only were they undercooked so I had to pop them in the oven but they were practically naked as far as sauce goes I think maybe 5 wings had a drizzle….Now I understand why this location has such a low rating.

They must have had a change in management recently. While the people working are friendly, and I hate to fault them, the quoted wait times have been much longer than quoted the last 3x. I canceled one order because they hadn’t even started after 1.5 hours. Thought I would try again tonight. 20 min after the quoted pickup time it was ready. Never was a problem in the past. Not sure what’s different now.

I ordered my pizza around 6 PM. Estimated pick up time was 6:58 PM. Got there to pay, and the cashier confirmed my payment, but didn’t know where my pizza was. The manager had to help him find it. Come to find out that my order hasn’t even been prepped. They said they would take less than 10 minutes to make my pizza from the time they found out they haven’t even prepped it, but they couldn’t even accomplish that. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Last time I’ll ever come here.

This restaurant in Ontario has extremely bad service. It deserves no stars. And they know they are not making their customers orders on time because they don’t answer the phone. We ordered over an hour ago. The app said it would be delivered 25 min ago. The quality check was done 35 min ago. Do you think we are going to get a hot fresh pizza, no! Who ever runs this store should be fired! This is the second time this happens! And the last time the so called manager said they were trying and drivers called out. Do you think I care about that? That’s your job to fix that. You obviously don’t know what you are doing!

Usually I don’t have problems on this store but common . I order online and get there 10 minutes after the app said it’s ready . I pay and the cashier tells me it’s not ready . So I said okay I’ll wait no problem. But he didn’t even check if it was done so I wait 20 minutes more and ask again and my order was done since I got there . I know because I pay attention to all the pizzas that were waiting to be pick up . . I wasted 20 minutes there, just to find out it was already done since I got there . I argued what happen and the guy said because it didn’t had my name but when I look at it did have my info. Ugh now my food is all cold

The pizzas from Domino’s should be made consistently. Today my pepperoni pizza has the cheese ON TOP of the pepperoni and other toppings and I only taste the cheese. I don’t understand how most of the time the toppings are on top of the cheese, hence, TOPpings and every now and then a sole employee buries the toppings UNDER the cheese. If I wanted my toppings UNDER the cheese, I’d order from Papa John’s!!

I ordered pizza at 9:30pm and was told it would be 67-77 minutes. I called at 10:30 because my pizza still hadn’t been baked But was told it should only be 30 minutes more. So when the tracker still hadn’t moved passed prepped at 11:00 pm, I called back and was told it would be another 30 minutes. So now we are at 2 hours of waiting. So I wait another hour before calling again. I’m told the food is on its way but according to the tracker it has been idle for 30 minutes. It took the driver 45 to make a 12 minute drive. Had previous service that was superb. Except my last order they took 3 HOURS to deliver my pizza! My pizza tracker told me it was delivered but saw nothing at my doorstep. When I called, the girl told me it means whoever is delivering it is already on their way (trying to cover her a**). Suddenly my tracker updates to some OTHER driver and that they barely left the store. They probably forgot my order and once I called they hurried up. I would rather just have them be honest than lie to me. The pizza was very cold when it was delivered. I wanted to get a refund but I was too annoyed to go over there and get mad. I consider myself to be pretty patient because I know how tough customer service can be, but 3 hours is unacceptable. I’ll stick to Papa Johns.
