Prior bad experiences with this drive-thru made me come into the “restaurant.” Too small of a location, difficult to park. Walked out without ordering because no customer service. Messed up my order twice in 1 day. Ordered 6 soft and 6 hard regular tacos. They gave me 6 hard supreme and 6 nacho supreme. Took the order back and they had me pay for the 12 I originally ordered again. Then they gave ne 6 regular hard and 6 soft Supreme. Stood in the building and waited 15 minutes for them to make the 6 soft (which was still NOT correct).

While going through town I stopped with my mother to eat in. No one else was there and I used the self service computer. I was informed that there was no coffee to which I replied “ok how will we handle the money” the young man with a bad attitude (pretty sure his name is Gavin, dark hair and extremely dramatic) says “do you want another cup” I already had two drink cups and there was only two of us so I said no i do not want another cup .He just walked away and said nothing to me, he yelled from the front to the mananger “can you come up here and deal with this lady? Sh ordered coffee!” Th female manager was very nice. I advised her of. his behavior and he came up and confronted me. I. Told him he had bad customer skills and to communicate with a customer by saying “one minute please”. He started screaming about how he was on his headset. Then I looked at the manager and said “you better train him”. She sent him away and apologized. There was another female they making food. Management was great, my food was amazing and I had a lot of modifications. It was fast service. The service from that boy was so bad, no wonder you have such a low rating. He should be fired immediately. If you go here try to avoid dealing with this very rude, bc loud and. Dramatic child.

I was ripped off about $6 by this Taco Bell. I ordered from the app and when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order before I drove away I realized I was missing 4 items. I walked inside to get the missing items only to be informed they were out of 2 items. They were going to let me leave without the items and without a word. The rude employees refused to give me a refund or replacement items. She told me I would have to get a refund through the app which is not even possible. As I walked to my car another employee was outside going car to car asking customers for cigarettes. I have sent multiple emails in regards to this issue but have not received any response

The date was 6/11/2023…around 1:10 AM. I came here to pickup an online order. I was told that the order had already been picked up by another driver. I then began to explain how this could be prevented in the future. The female did that she don’t work for Uber or Doordash. DUHHHH? Before I could explain to her that this is what restaurants do, this GUY butted in with attitude and also told me that the order was already picked up. I then asked if I could place an order for myself and they both didn’t answer. As I sat there a few minutes, I was told that I’m holding up their line and to leave. They acted as if they were scared to tell me they’re refusing me service. No worries. They BOTH will be fired by the time I’m finished with them.

This place is so bad its actually comical at this point. I ordered on the app last week to pick up my order, and I get there and the entirety of the staff is just standing outside and they tell me they cant make my order and to “just go on the app to get a refund”. Fast forward to this week, I still havent received a refund or a heard back.

Worst tacobell in the area. Apparently run by an illiterate bunch. Every single order is wrong despite receipts on bags being correct. They just toss random food in bags and call it a day. You haven’t had worse service until you order here.
