Let me just start by saying that everything we’ve ordered from Capriotti’s has been good, but let me tell you… The American Wagyu French Dip is over the top AMAZING!!! My husband always gets something different than me and then eats my leftovers when I’m not looking. LOL But let me tell ya, he smelled the fabulous aroma and saw the creamy, melted cheese so he asked for ONE bite. Ha!! He devoured.half of my sandwich in seconds!

Waiting in line for several minutes behind several people when finally it was my turn the manager of the store by passed me who had been waiting there for 10 mins to help someone who had an online order like my time is not valuable. Ot was kot a short transaction either. They had a discussion and he had to pay the manager did not seem concerned either. I’ll take my hard earned money to a business who appreciates it. Never have and never will eat at the Capriotti’s.

Wanted to try this place out for while now and gave it a shot. We ordered the chopped salad and steak chicken sandwich. The chicken and bread was good, but the place lacks some additional condiments, cheese and bread options to make the great sandwich. There wasn’t anything special with the salad either. I’d much prefer Jersey Mikes.
