On January 30th, 1988, Varol and his family opened the first store in Mt. Lebanon, a suburb of Pittsburgh. That same year they opened a second location in McMurray, and a third location in Oakland came just four months later. Over the next four years, there would be 20 restaurants open in the Pittsburgh area. The focus on a high quality pizza delivered and an aggressive marketing plan quickly put the small company on a path to success.

We ordered pizza on a Friday at around 4:30pm online. Waited two hours, no pizza. We finally called to ask where our pizza was. Whoever answered the phone was very rude. No explanation why the order was going to be late or a call to say they had a long backlog do we still want the order. When the order finally arrived the delivery driver never said a word then shoved the open pizza bag in my face. I had to remove the pizza from the bag. Order elsewhere.

Everytime I call I am waiting for someone to pick up for about 5 minutes. When they do answer no matter what time it is they are “closing up” for the night. The Google hours say 10pm and they say this at 8 or earlier.

Called them this evening for delivery; employee told me we were slightly out of their delivery area; I told him I had a large order and he agreed to take it. Pizza was delivered hot and within the time promised and my family really enjoyed it!!!

Will never order from cool springs location again. We order at 9:40 on the website. It let me order. No issues. Other companies know how to program their app to stop taking orders. We were already in the parking. They saw us.. open sign was on. When we went into pick up.

Ordered two pizzas with bread stick bites with two extra ranch dipping sauces. Opened the pizzas and they weren’t even cut, come to find out the “ranch” was actually icing dipping sauce, bottom of pizzas were still doughy. Complete lack of care by the staff and won’t be going back. Moral of this review, check your sauces, have your own pizza cutter on hand and pre heat your ovens, basically don’t go here. I gave two stars because the pizza kinda tasted good.
