Got the fried rice with chicken and shrimp. Nothing special, the shrimp was rubber rice was mush and vegetables were ok mainly cabbage! They charged 40 dollars for only one basic to go meal!

Awesome size and taste calamari; other restaurants should learn this quality…a bit tacky charging $2 for the chili dipping sauce though!

Food is way overpriced for the quality. I got the hibachi steak and it is so tough! The only thing I recommend is the sushi. But just beware the prices online DO NOT match the menu! $40 for a low quality lunch to go meal.

Arrived about 8 pm Friday. Restaurant section empty. Ordered Hibachi chicken meal. Food was okay. Lots of rice served on plate. Server was very friendly and attentive. No Green tea or tofu available. Kind of unusual for a Japanese themed eatery.

Came in because I placed an order over the phone after choosing the rolls on their online ordering service. Got the price online, went in to pay, and it was more than when was shown. Decided to look at the menu, different price. Was confused, so asked an employee why I was charged nearly 30% more than online and what their in store menu pricing is. Ashley, the store manager, decided to belittle a customer and tried to make 100 excuses other than apologize because they didn’t prioritize correct menu pricing in their “restaurant” or online ordering service. Which should’ve been the first step in any “process” for a business when changing pricing. Got a free dinner and was walked off on because of temperament issues. Luckily Durant is a small town and not many food options lol Place your order online for cheaper meals and ask for correct pricing when sitting in.

The food is really good even though some of it isn’t authentic. The calamari was nice in size. However the restaurant is a little smaller and tables are close together.

Ordered the chicken hibachi with fried rice. Do not go here if you even like the idea of fried rice because it blows so hard. There’s virtually no taste of soy sauce in the rice and it is very peppery.

The sushi was good (although overpriced), but the shrimp tempura appetizer was dreadful… the “vegetables” included with this appetizer was fried Broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and onion rings. And the broth served with the appetizer was extremely bland. And there were maybe 4 pieces of shrimp. Very displeased and honestly, the owners should be embarrassed that something like that came out of the kitchen.

Has plenty of tables, open and very nice. The food was absolutely fantastic (and that’s coming from someone who’s lived in dfw). I love sushi, and this was amazing. Extremely friendly people and service. HIGHLY recommend.
