Hello everyone and to the mgr of this location . I had a friend treat me to lunch yesterday and I had requested ghost pepper wings in which he told me were not available so instead he brought me a 3 piece tender and popcorn shrimp side of macaroni, biscuit and a sprite all for about $12 well I have to say for a popular national chicken chain such as Popeyes gets it was the worst combo I’ve ever gotten from anywhere the tenders they put in my box was 1 nugget, 1 strip of fried skin , 1 kid size piece of chicken , that was my 3 piece the popcorn shrimp were mostly a cup of battered fried crunchies not shrimp in the shell . Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves for handing food out the window like such JUST AWFUL and a waste of time and money going to get food like that I will never go to this particular Popeyes let alone just in general very disgusted by want they thought was ok to sale for that price . I will never go to this place again. First every thing is way overpriced. $20 for 8 pieces of chicken. And apparently a wing is considered a piece of chicken. There is no meat on a wing but I got three of them in my 8 pieces. That is $2.50 per wing or other piece. I can go to many stores and get a whole.chicken for $5. I wish there was a Churches close to me but alas it is not to be.

Waited in line way to long. They kept taking orders from the same lane. People finally drove off and when I made it up there I had to yell to get there attention. She the most dumbest comment back way she was only waiting on one lane. Definitely need better training. Then asked me to pull up and wait for my second order. We sat there 30 minutes I had to keep honking my horn. Then they even messed her order up. Worst experience of my life in a drive thru. The inside was supposed to be opened till 9 or 10 and it was closed at 7:30.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I’ve recieved terrible service from this place. From cold food, terrible management, bathrooms disgusting and the fact I even asked to speak with management about these situations nothing was done. My advice to anyone be careful eating at this place very unprofessional and uncleanliness at its finest!!
