Great service! Greeted and seated immediately! Very friendly staff and server! The rolls were warm and delicious. We both ordered the sliced brisket, my sides were fries and $1.99 upgrade to a side salad, and my partner also had the salad, as well as fried okra. Our meals arrived in a very timely manner. Neither of us was overwhelmed by the brisket; it was more reminiscent of regular roast beef. It was tender, just lacking in flavor one expects when ordering brisket. The portions were very good, though. The side salad was fresh and tasty.

Love the atmosphere, it’s a bit all over the place but nice. I can’t recommend this place for it’s BBQ brisket. I had this chopped brisket and it reminded me of cafeteria food from school back in the day. I’m sure some like the flavor profile but it’s not real BBQ. Real smoked brisket is tender and juicy all on it’s own and should be up to the customer if they want to add BBQ sauce to it and not come pre doused. I’m sure some of the food is good but overall nothing I had was amazing by any means.

The restaurant atmosphere seems great with a lit fireplace and cozy feeling but I did not dine in. The service was super fast and attentive. My food was to go but still very hot. The yeast rolls are exceptional and the green beans are nice and peppery. The mill potatoes are loaded with so much that they don’t taste like much. The main item the salmon, looked so appetizing and it just wasn’t. There is little spice flavor and the butter that came with it had no flavor. It reminded me of the gallons of butter from the bulk restaurant stores. There was no lemon or lime hint to it as the description said. It was also slightly over cooked. Super disappointing.

First time eating here been passing it by for a while and decided to stop in at noon, nice waitress and definitely nice decorations. Got the two meat platter with sliced brisket and polish sausage, the brisket was good but the polish sausage was either a regular hot dog or cheap BarS polish sausage so that could’ve been a lot better. Overall it was all pretty good.

Pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake cause this place is a joke. Everything but the cake was gross. The steak was burnt on one side and raw on the other. The rolls had no favor. Fairly certain the salad gave my parents food poisoning. Plus it was incredibly slow which should have been our first clue to leave. Overall a horrible experience.

1st time there everything was good except for my salad I ordered blue cheese dressing and when I got it it was dark red, I asked about it and got told it was house dressing and had some blue cheese in it. The taste of it ruined salad for me because it had no blue cheese flavor. I order what I like and do not expect the waitress to change my order. Should been better to just say they had no blue cheese dressing to start with

I felt like I received decent value for my money. I would suggest investing in enough staff to keep up. I was the only person in there. And saw someone leave after several minutes waiting for the great and seat asked for at the door. The food was reasonably good. But service was just spread too thin even for the first customer on the switch shift. Give it a try, the food is a value.
