I arrived at this location at 10:30 PM on a Monday night to pick up for a delivery service. I saw an employee bringing food out to another car so I went to the door to ask him for the order; however, he came back out and told me it would be “faster to go through the drive-through” (which had about 10 cars in the line). The manager then came out and said that their system did not have the orders and then I had to give them to the person at the window, which was not true. He also told me that if I was with a different service I could have picked up at the door, and ironically enough a man arrived with that very same service to pick up another order and he was told the same thing – that he had to sit through the drive-through as well! It took about an entire hour to pick up two small orders, one of which was simply a soft drink and an order of fries. This location is in serious need of new management, and the owners should really take a look at what’s going on with their employees.

Around 12.15 pm on today, my husband and I went to buy hot cakes. The lady at the register said no hotcakes but another person from kitchen said we have it. Then the lady at the counter made a gesture as if she does not care. Then we asked for water but she pretended she did not hear while we were the only customers there. When we asked for water without ice she was laughing at us. She was being racist.

What an awful place. Maybe the worst McD anywhere. Prices higher than other locations, food is badly done, my order is usually wrong. I go here because it is the only place to get something quick on campus.
