We ordered a two topping pizza waited. 20 minutes went there. They hadn’t even started it they lost the order. Then we sat in the parking lot for another 20 minutes as they made our pizza there was no sauce on it and the pizza was undercooked we had to go home and re-cook it. The onions were hard and the pepperoni was floppy. It wasn’t even cooked would not recommend this place. This is not the first time we’ve had this problem we just didn’t want to drive any farther but from now on, we will go over to Pizza Hut.

So, the menu offers subs in 2 different sizes, regular and large. I ordered a large Italian, hubby ordered a large chicken parm. What we got were 2 calzones!! I asked if we were given the correct order since we ordered subs, and we were told these are subs. Pretty disappointed since I was expecting a sub and hot a calzone. If I had known a calzone is called a sub here, I would have ordered a pizza. I’ve heard subs called grinders and hoagie, but never heard a calzone called a sub. Tasted good, but not what I ordered or wanted. A sub is a sandwich, a calzone is a folded pizza.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this was coming i ordered three pizzas tonight plus gave a tip. One pizza was burnt, couldn’t eat the bread just ate the toppings.Second pizza wasnt cooked all the way which was a deep dish pizza again had to take of the toppings and eat that because it was so doughy. But the third pizza which was free and thin crust do to my rewards was Actually right. I don’t know what’s going on there.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and a large chef salad. The pizza was overcooked and the salad had bad lettuce at the bottom that was wilted and brown. When I tried to call the line would just ring.

I ordered a pizza today and had it delivered. When we opened the order it was the wrong pizza, the manager stated my order was put in wrong but they didn’t have stuffed crust anyway. I asked what i could do and she simply said nothing your stuck with what you had! I tip all drivers generously and am always polite no matter how frustrating it has become just to try and order a pizza! I would not recommend this location to anyone and have no intention of ever going back!
