I liked the way Jose helped and communicated with me about a coupon special. He was very kind and helpful. I would have given this location a 5 star rating but the boneless chicken wings were very small and little portions. However, the customer service Jose provided was absolutely exceptional!!

My first order wasn’t done with the extra pepperonis as requested and paid for, had it redone and it was way better than the first order. I think with a little extra training this Pizza Hut can be 5 stars. I’d rather wait a little longer and have my order done correctly the first time rather than rushing through my order and mess it up. Manager Lupe should be available in a timely manner and not have customers waiting over 30 minutes.

Ordered a Togo order online with curbside pickup, they never brought my food out, went in to find it sitting in the warmer and had ask for my order, even though I sat in the curbside parking for 15 mins waiting for the food. So no point in curbside pickup!

I tried ordering delivery, but was not offered, so I placed an order online. I get there and first off customer service was bad and our order was not ready at pick up time. We had to wait for a salad to be made for over 10 minutes while our pizza sat there. So total wait time was 22 minutes. Not going back to this location.

Seriously, just had another pizza delivered to my house from the failed attempt months ago. Ordered a barbaque sauced pizza and the pizza maker must be highly incompetent if he thinks it’s good to send out a pizza for the second time with no sauce. The delivery driver was amazingly sweet but the pizza makers there are incredibly incompetent.
