Was very busy. Ordered the special and 2 cheese pizza. Gal said would be 8 to 12 minutes. Ended up being 22. Saw a lot of people coming in and ordering and walking out with the same Pizza I ordered. I waited patiently when they finally figured out how to fill my 3 pizza order. Should have just bought one from yokes. Could have baked it myself faster. Staff was friendly but looked unorganized.

Rude young girls behind the counter. No customer service at all. I’m a vegetarian, and I explicitly told them I wanted only cheese and they gave me meat. All the men were just flirting with the girls behind the counter super awkward experience, go to the one in Richland.

Don’t do it. I wish I could give zero stars. Order confirmed over an hour ago. Still not ready. Worst “fast food” pizza experience of our lives. My husband waited in the lobby for over 45 min past the estimated ready time, to then find out that 2 of our 3 items had been sitting there for 15-20 min. So not only did we have to wait an extended period of time past the elected ready time… We then got cold food.

Cheap, mid tasting pizza. Service here is hit or miss; sometimes when you walk in they have pizzas ready. Other times, like this past Sunday early afternoon, a 20 minute wait. Friendly customer service definitely not a priority here.

Was planning on getting something fast. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and one three meat. They told me it would be 8-10 minutes. I went and waited in my car when the 10 minutes past I went in and my order had not been ready. I waited nearly an hour. All they did was give me a free 2 liter.

Terrible. Order through the app and pick your food up that way! Don’t count on these guys at the counter. Maybe that machine in the front where you type in the code will feed you. I just had the crew give away my pizza’s two times in a row while I was standing in the lobby. I wasn’t the only one there, there were up to 8 people in there, picking up pizza. I wasn’t going to stand at the counter saying is that mine? Is that mine, is that mine? Like 9 times. You asked for my name at the counter when you took my order. Why wouldn’t you call it when you give away pizzas?!?
