Incompetent. Waited 30 minutes after they decided to give away our food to someone else. There was only 2 sets of customers and they had just ordered. They hadn’t even sat down when our food was given to them. Please learn how to do your job

We thought we would give this location a second try. They were advertising All You Can Eat Boneless Wings and Fries for 12.99. They had signs in the parking lot, in the store, 500 flyers on the top of the register and a giant billboard on the Highway. We walked up and I ordered first, the employee looked like a deer in the headlights and could not find the button for it. He asked around and someone told him that did not start till tomorrow. I explained that they had it advertised everywhere and I wanted that deal. He said he could not do it and I replied for him to get his manager. He replied he would take and start our order and then have the manager chat with me. He took our order and said he would get it started. Now I know they do take out orders as well but they only had 5 tables in the restaurant with people. A few minutes later the manager stopped by and said “Of course we can honor it!” and then the employee came back and asked what sauce I wanted even though I gave him that when I ordered. 50 minutes later with a 5 year old at a burger place our food arrived and I ordered my refill at that time. Now the food was amazing and tasty but the service was horrid. Bartender stops by 30 minutes later and asks how everything is going and I explained that I still have not received my refill. She came back and said we were next and soon out came my 5 nuggets with no fries. Now I do not have another 30 minutes to to wait for another round so I nowhere got near my All You Can Eat!!!!! I left very hungry and very disappointed!

Went Sunday for breakfast, was not impressed, one you order at the deli counter, go sit down with a number. Had two tables to choose from, three had customers, the rest had dishes on them. Food took 35 to 40 minutes, friends next to us, one ordered french toast, what came out was two pieces of wheat toast, buttered, with powdered sugar & cinnamon, no egg wash? two weeks, in a row.

Based off the very little time spent there it wasn’t great. Took my family to that Hyvee store June 16, 2022, around 3pm and no one greeted us let alone acknowledged our presence at all. We walked in and there was an older employee just at the front area messing with her nails and phone, never looking up to see us walk in or when our two kids (5 & 2) said hi to her. We then did as the sign said and seated ourselves. After about 3-4mins go by no one came back to take our order or even say hi. This was our first experience with a wahlburgers and sadly not a great one by any measure.

Came in to try and grab a late lunch in between appointments, was excited to try the wahlburger thing. Bartender was very nice and got me a water but could not get a waitress’s attention to save my life- one walked by and made I contact and walked off as I began to speak. Gave up after 25 minutes. Will not be returning. Unless I need a beer or WiFi I guess- lol.

The food was delicious and there are flavors found here you won’t find elsewhere in town. It is a little pricy but the portion sizes are good, the ingredients are of good quality and the flavors are fantastic. The gal who took our order was also also very friendly.

Food was grossly overpriced. Food tasted ok, but nothing was great. The bartender was irritating. I wish the place had actually menus you could sit down and order with so it wouldn’t feel like a fast food place. Disappointed
