I’d like to say that I love this dunks, my 1 star has nothing to do with the beverages, food or most of the staff, but today I witnessed a horrible thing that a manager did today. She’s a newer manager, blondish hair. A gentleman in line ordered, his bill was like 9.80..gave “manager” 40.00 and said pay it forward. Next in line girl order was like 12 something. The manager pocketed the money. Never “paid it forward”. Absolutely horrible as the young girl was like wait, what I thought it was a pay it forward..this happened on 9/24/22 at around 8:45 am…but to the girls credit, she paid it forward for the lady behind her….that manager is a horrible person.

I am somewhat of a Dunkin Donuts connoisseur and I will say that the Black Cow location in Hudson New Hampshire is the best location I’ve been to. I actually drive past a different location to go out of my way to get my coffee here. Even if I have to wait in line a little longer coffee in the experience makes it worth it. Cleanliness and friendliness goes along way in my book. Keep up the good work ladies.

The coffee is never burnt, the order is always right, and they always work through a large crowd efficiently and quickly. The staff is excellent and clearly work well together. Definitely my favorite Dunkin; it’s no wonder the lot is always full during rush hour!

My wife LOVES it here. It’s the only Dunkin she will go to. She had almost switched to Starbucks before she discovered how good the coffee could be when it isn’t left to sit and burn. They have a ‘Coffee Time’ clock on the wall to ensure it never sits out more than 20 minutes per batch. No drive through, but so worth the walk inside!
