Delivery was fast, however I ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas. Thinnest crust I have ever eaten, nothing there. It was like they took a small size crust and rolled it out. Was just starting to order from there again. Will think twice before I order again.

I literally just got done leaving this location and could not be more disappointed. I am inside waiting patiently to pick up my order when someone else walks in after me and is acknowledged, pays for and picks up his order before me. Shame on that guy for not asking if me and the two other people who are in there have been helped yet, but also for the employee who should have known that they were three other people waiting in there to be helped prior to him helping the person we just walked in the door. There is another location that is close to me and I will be using that location exclusively from now on. I hope they are not under the same ownership.

Seems like my order is always screwed up, for instance today the shorted my chicken chunks called to complain, the manager offered a credit (not refund for the difference like I wanted) said they would have them right out to us, AN HOUR later nothing… I called back spoke to someone else, she said they would have that right out to us in ten min….. it’s been 30 min now still nothing. Another time I went for a carry out order and heard what I assumed the manager (had another type of shirt on different from everyone else) and half the pizza oven wasn’t working, kept calling it “retarded” thought that was something pretty offensive to be shouting where the whole lobby of customers could hear clear as day. Save your money and order from somewhere else unless you want a side of disappointment. UPDATE tried to come back w coupons and kids wanted pizza used the app TRACK my order, said it was ready waited 20 min in the lobby, why say my order is ready when it’s not ???

The Marco’s Pizza in Toledo don’t give nearly the quality nor the quantity that Genoa Marcos does. Nor do they give the courteous, friendly, prompt service that the Marcos in Genoa does. I have made this comparison because I live in Toledo and work three times a week in Genoa… The best deal on the menu in my opinion are the subs… DELICIOUS And very fairly priced.

Great store, unlike oak harbor they actually answer the phone and take orders , had to call them twice now because of the oak harbor issue, longer drive for me but may just call then first from now on . Oh and the pizza is good

Me and my boyfriend decided to order some pizza tonight and usually our order is very good and we chose to add a desert and we were very excited to eat our cinnamon bread but when we eventually got to it there was no cinnamon sugar on the bread and there was an already opened icing packet. Also the pizza looked like it was just tossed in the box without a card in the world and our cheesy bread was decently okay and better than how everything else was. Very disappointed and not very happy with that and will not be ordering from there again if this is the kind of service we are treated with.
