Finally had a moment to stop in here and I definitely regret not stopping in sooner. Fabulous boutique meat market with some of the best meat around. You know how restaurant meat is always better than what you get at the grocery store? This hidden gem is definitely a go-to and a must experience. This family-owned small business offers specialty butchering services (if you need 1/2 a cow, this is your place), catering, and even an extensive lunch menu. You can dine-in or have it delivered. My goal is to try everything on the menu because I can’t seem to pick a favorite – their seasonings are on point. Try it out – you won’t be disappointed!

Meat market and restaurant!!!! If you ever get the chance, go and eat here! The food is outstanding, and the staff are some of the nicest people that me and my wife have ever met. We loved their crawfish, which was the best we have ever had in Parker county! Pulled pork sliders and the brisket grilled cheese were also Amazing! Will definitely have to go back in tomorrow!

If y’all haven’t been here for lunch, you are seriously missing out! I had the amazing pork tacos with potato salad and cole slaw, and my friend had the brisket mac-n-cheese! Everything tasted beyond incredible and definitely worth a trip to try it out!!!

I’ve never had Piedmontese Steak before until I went to Carve & Cask and now I’m hooked. It was absolutely a better beef in any sense of the word. The shop has a lot of great other things that I can’t wait to go back and try, and they have a great beer selection at grocery store prices.
