Just went there and we got 2 ice cream blasts and it took over 30 minutes. I called in to check on our order and the lady that answered was very rude and condescending. It was probably the rudest I’ve been talked to in a very, very long time. I told the lady we were just going to go somewhere else. And she replied with “great! Thank you!” Then I decided to call the manager and she acted the exact same way. I definitely would have given this place 0 stars if I could’ve.

Waited over 25 minutes for 4 small milkshakes, when they finally brought them they brought 2 small and 2 medium shakes, when ask why, they said that is how they were rung up. When I explained that I had order 4 smalls and that would was only paying for 4 smalls, they said give the 2 medium ones back and they would remake them. While waiting on them from the start we observed they were preparing food without the state department of health hair nets, they picked up the cherries with their bare hands, they rubbed their noses, carried the shake cups around inside the building while talking to each other. We also observed them, including the cook not wearing serving gloves while preparing or serving the food. The one girl kept touching her face and hair, it was gross just to think about having to eat the shakes after watching how they prepared food through the window. When she said give back the two mediums and she would remake them, we told her we were going to give them all back and report them to the health department in the morning, she thought it was funny and on returning to the building, she and her co-workers started laughing about the whole thing. These people do not follow health code at all. I have been under a state health inspection in the food service job that I work every summer and if we had done half what these people were doing, we would have had our kitchen shut down. The computer won’t let me post this without a rating and it won’t allow me to give them a minus number so I have to rate them with a one, my real rating is shut the place down before they make somebody sick.
