I came to this location around 930. I brought my 2 daughters(10 and 12) one got a burrito and the other got a bowl, both got steak with avocado and usual fixings, steak was tender and flavorful. The portions were good (girl needed help closing the burrito lol) she was very nice and filled the bowl nicely and was not stingy at all, the cashier was also nice, both were friendly and extra cool. We had a nice experience and would not hesitate to come back again.

The young employees were talking with another employee (5:00) that was ordering food like a regular client, and then started grabbing money from the tip jar and putting in the pockets of the employee who was serving the food while the cashier was away, he (the cashier) didn’t let her count the tip money but the girl who was serving food told him to let her count it and after that she grabbed some and then proceeded to put the rest in the other girls pocket, we were waiting in line while that happened and had to leave because they were talking too much and not serving the rest of the people.. after that the girl left with food and we left as well because we didn’t want to be served there and the line grew super fast because nobody was being served

At the beginning, when it first opened, it was good. Last time I went unfortunately, the trash was filled to the brim, practically falling out to the floor, and the employees were very rude and gave very little amount of meat when I asked for double can’t really complain about the food because it was seasoned really good. I just hope that the next time that I go. ( if I go. ) the employees are a bit nicer and the trash gets picked up. Lol.

This is hands down the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. They always give large portions, food is actually fresh, and the workers are actually nice. I’ve been here on 5 different occasions as I work in the area and every single time at least one of the workers has given me a nice compliment. I won’t go to any other location anymore.

Ordered pick up on App, it says my order is ready at 12:10, I arrived at 12:20 and my order is NOT ready. The girl packing for take out is making other order, filling supplies, throw stuff, cleaning counter etc. while my food is literally sitting on counter and wait to be bagged. 5 minutes later she grab stuff put in a bag and hand it to me. What’s the point for this 5 minute waiting? BTW she’s carrying a b**ch face all the time, if you don’t want to work, please don’t, we are not at a labor shortage or something. Owner of this franchise should fire her ASAP. I also called customer service about this and let’s see if they actually pass information over to store manager.

I went to this Chipotle a number of times and my experience prior to this has been satisfying – food was good, portion size was great, relatively fast service & clean. I came back today to place an order of a burrito and a bowl. First of all, too many staffs and so little effort — staffs kept on bumping at each other, lots of people hanging out, the service/ display table were very dirty with lots of leftover foods laying around all throughout the cashier table. The person that was preparing my food had to refill the sour cream station and did so in a very slow manner, forgot the serving spoon and when he served the sour cream it dropped everywhere into the corn station. When he served the protein, it was barely half of the serving spoon size. I had to ask him to put more, in which he replied “its going to be double” and i had to explain to him that the portion he put was small. The cashier waited so long to ring me up and so many uber eats/ online order people were waiting in line with none of their orders ready. Overall very disappointing experience.

Hi , We frequent this Chipotle and the food and service is great. It is fresh cooked Mexican food. They give a good full bowl of brown or white rice with black beans, chicken or stake, spicy chopped tomatoes, corn covered with fresh green lettuce and always get a side of guacamole and chips. They offer dine in or carry out. Come ✔ check them out.
