Do not order delivery at this location… Ordered at 9pm after 2 hours the tracking on the app says that it was still in quality check.. So we had to drive to the store to get the pizza. Of course its cold and hard.. Demanded our refund. It looks as if they do not have delivery drivers. No one answers the phone.

Thin and crispy was not cooked all the way cust was white. Not crispy. Food was cold. Store 2.1 miles away and took over 1 hr yo be delivered.witgtracker saying he was on his way. Driver was friendly. But that don’t make up for cold food. Will not be back.

This evening we ordered 2 pizza at 8:11pm. The app advise that the order would be delivered in 45 minutes we didn’t get our pizza until 2 hours later but the sad part was not that it was not ready but because it was in the delivery car of one of the only 2 drivers they had working so it took my pizza 1 hour and 15 minds from the time it left the store to get to my door and I literally live 6 minutes away. I called the store and spoke with a Shaquna who advised she only had 2 drivers and it is coming. I asked would they be hot and she told me yes. Babbbby the box was hot but the pizzas inside was like eating cardboard. I’m very disappointed with Domino’s. Cause the lack of help should never and I mean NEVER mean lack of service. If I could make a suggestion, if you don’t want to add these delivery apps to your platform then deliver a few orders at a time, you only are working with a certain area anyways. I rather have my pizza hot and melting than cold and hard any day. That I don’t mind waiting for, but to wait for cold pizza is ridiculous. I get it. There is a lack of help in the delivery and food industry. However, when ordering online the app should advice the correct wait time for your delivery so a consumer like myself can determine if I need to change my order to pickup or order from somewhere else.

I ordered a large pizza with double mushrooms. You are supposed to be able to get 3 ingredients for 7.99 the order form online only allowed for 2 Times mushrooms. The pic shows that this is NO WAY a double mushroom pizza. I live close and the pizza is only warm. Ugh!

Delivery person told us we had not payed for the order when we did and then we realized we were delivered the wrong order to the wrong house. After like 20 minutes of trying to contact customer service we finally were able to speak with someone, the lady told us she was aware of the issue and told us that the guy was on his way back with our order. He took like 20 extra minutes so I thought they had re-made our order because by this point the pizza would be cold and they were taking super long. The delivery guy came back with our cold pizza eventually, why would we want cold pizza that has been driven around……

Horrible customer service, Cristen (said she was the manager) was extremely rude and could not care less that it took 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered on a Monday afternoon. Food was cold.and driver said “ well the box is warm” $80 order and you think it’s ok for all that to be cold? This location needs to be shut down. Went up there to get my money back and place was filthy!! Glad I didn’t eat the pizza. Asked for her boss name and number and she refused to give me his number. Worst location ever and I will be calling the home office.
