Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 – Chicken katsu mini lunch special had half of the chicken pieces way too dry. The sauce is needed but still doesn’t help the texture enough. The Diet Coke/Pepsi we got was a bit odd in taste

They forgot to put in my order. Waited 20 minutes and had to leave. Then the guy at the register gave me attitude when I asked for a refund even though they hadnt started making the food. I did get myself a can of coke from the fridge which I paid for and it was cold. The refund didn’t include the portion of the tip for the coke. I love Hawaiian food and do L&L a couple times a year. Food is average, but satisfying. Unfortunately, can’t say the same for the service.

Great counter service but food was barely edible. Rice dry and old, Mac salad watery and tasteless and the meat was over-cooked and leathery smothered in sugary BBQ sauce. Just terrible.

The staff was friendly enough, but no smiles or welcoming demeanor. You could tell they didn’t want to really be there. My only big complaint is how long you have to wait for the food even though it was not busy. The wait time was equivalent to a restaurant on a busy Friday night with one chef. However, once I took a bite of that food, I didn’t care. I’d go back and put myself to some more ho hum moods and sit and wait while reading emails just to taste their awesome foods with great portions.

Ordered dinner using the Grub Hub app. The driver was on point . Upon opening the containers two meals out of 5 were incorrect, Called L.L they tried blaming the driver. When did GrubHub drivers start going back into the kitchen and prepare and pack orders ? The female employee placed me on hold where the line mysteriously went dead . I had to pack up the meals and drive to L.L for them to redo the meals not even an apology was given when I got there . I will never be ordering food nor will ever set foot into this establishment ever again. Someone should be quality checking the orders for accuracy’s before being bagged and sent out . Poor customer service if I could give no stars I would of .

Love this place! Food is authentic and delicious. Have been here a couple of times and it is definitely one of the best food spots in Reno. The Kalua Pork is fantastic. The Chicken Katsu is on point, the teriyaki chicken is fantastic, and I love the mac salad. Rice is cooked well also.
