I used the app to make my order. They gave me a time that the food would be ready. I got there early and checked in. Another car pulled up after me and placed their order there. I got a burger, cheese sticks, and a drink. The car next to me ended up getting 2 shakes and a medium-sized bag before me. This was after my estimated time. I waited 15 minutes after my time and finally got my food. Very bad management. The car hop was not friendly at all. An all around bad experience.
