My whole family and I come here to celebrate my grandma birthday . I love the service,drinks and the atmosphere here. The wings,fries and sausage and vegetable bags are good but be careful when ordering the hot seasoning!,

Went here today for my moms birthday. Service 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Whole hour before we got our drinks. Never returned with straws! Took sooooo long to bring receipts. We ended up getting own to go boxes from a cabinet in the room also napkins straws. Granted it was a big party so gratuity was included I guess that’s why she decided not to work that hard! Retrain waitress or get someone qualified for the job!!

AMBIANCE is AMAZING .. the converted house adds a flair of luxury to the dining experience without a haughty dress-code. The staff is SUPERB, attentiveness was on point, and everyone was courteous. Definately coming here AGAIN.

I usually go to their Wolfchase location where I have not had an issue. For my baby sister’s birthday I figured we would try one closer downtown. It was a mistake. First of all when we walked in, we waited for about 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us before being seated. There were only 4 other customers in the restaurant at the time and they were together. After finally being seated we began to order. I ordered an alcoholic beverage and it was disgusting. It had way too much liquor and the fruit mix was not mixed properly in the drink as if they just poured it in and sat it on my table. The food was extremely bland and dry. We could barely eat because they didn’t give us proper utensils to open our crab legs. The crawfish could not be eaten because it tasted like mud. The sausage was extremely cold along with most of the food. We did not get our potatoe and corn in the bag as advertised on the menu and could not complain because we saw our server when she took our order, when she brought our food out, and then when she brought our check. Not to mention we could not hear each other speak because of the very loud group that was there prior to us sitting at the bar. One guys pants were unbuttoned and literally falling off. The group appeared to be drunk. As we were leaving one of the guys from that group was right outside the door smoking and it smelled horrible. If I could give a lesser rating I would. I will never come back to this location again. It was dirty, uncomfortable and the food/drinks were disgusting.

Some of our food was pretty good. The crayfish on the po’ boy was incredibly bland and while it was a huge sandwich it was basically bread with a small amount of meat. The boils were okay. My daughter ordered a bloody Mary that was pathetic. I’ve never seen one that looked almost clear. We waited an incredibly long time for everything including 25 minutes for an appetizer. We ended up having to get our own refills and extra to-go boxes.

I know that every restaurant has it’s bad days, obviously this was one of those for Red Hook on Union Avenue today. They were short staff having only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. I give it to her. She was running around trying to serve everyone. But the other staff members who could have helped her, just stood around. We waited around 30 minutes or more for our drinks. The appetizers never came. Customers were waiting all over the restaurant. It seemed like the thing to do was to order pick up or use a food service to deliver. The dine experience was not good. I’m contemplating if I want to give it another try.

Me and my date didn’t touch our soft crabs, they looked like they were left in oil. I shrimp taste it like it wasn’t cleaned properly. But it’s really just this location. We’ve never been before to this one. You figure by the looks of it it was extraordinary food. But the building looks great. It’s the food that’s . The one in Southaven on Goodman road is way better

Amazing food! We loved the coconut shrimp, gyoza, edamame, and house salads to start! They specially made a sushi roll for my friend and our server Tucker gave my other friend a great recommendation. Tucker was nice, funny, and has his own unique personality that came out during dinner. Good service overall. Would come here again. The building is beautiful, too and we enjoyed exploring it!
