Extremely rude and disrespectful cashier and young lady preparing the food. The food was okay , but the lady putting the food in the bag and giving the meal to customers didn’t properly close the box so when I grabbed the box to have my meal the food spilled. Went inside to address the issue and both the cashier (7/1 at around 8PM) and the young lady (putting the box in the bag) were laughing in my face. No apologies , just laughing and talking slowly between them. That was so disrespecful and definitely they need a very intensive training how to treat the customers. I received the meal that I paid for (wasting my valuable time and waiting for them to prepare the meal properly, and left). The place is also very dirty , they were just cleaning and the mop smelled very bad. Never going back again and definitely don’t recommend this place.

The place is truly disgusting. It is unclean. The food was horrible. The service was even worse. The drinking fountain had a black streak in it that had to be mold or fungus. I do not think they ever clean it. All trash bins were full. They didn’t care. I did not even complain, just put my uneaten food and drink on top of the trash and walked out. Oh, I forgot to mention the horrible smell that place has. Just awful.

Japanese fast food at good prices. I understand the negative reviews, although I think they’re a bit exaggerated in light of the fact that this is economical fast food, not haute cuisine. We like the terriyaki chicken basket at $6.00. A friend said that the sushi was good, especially for the price.

Food was quite mid. Set your expectations accordingly, portions are small, sauces are kinda weird, but definitely not bad in any way. But for $12 for the chicken bento, it would be a better deal if the food weren’t bland. Lots of single use plastics too, not cool.

Got barely any food for $14 price. Tables were dirty, staff didn’t seem to care. Person I was with said her egg rolls were greasy and flavorless. Guy next to me seemed to get a lot more food, no idea why.

Chain restaurants that you usually find in your mall’s food court. We normally do takeout or delivery. Food is decent and portions are average but presentation is pretty awful. Why even have dividers if you’re just going to throw everything into the box every which way anyway. Everything is pretty affordable and you can order ahead for pickup using their mobile app. New users also get $5 off their first order.
