Never had bad food from any Dunkin’, and the service was fantastic. I find everybody is always so tense in the morning in and around Dunkin Donuts, and roadrage is off the charts. Otherwise, it’s a pretty normal morning.

Sat in line for 15 minutes with one car in front of me and still managed to mess up my order. Could maybe understand if the place was busy, but it was not. Not sure what was so difficult about a caramel iced coffee, especially when they repeated the order correctly back to me and it was still wrong, cooper did not fail to butcher my order once again! This place needs serious help. The staff is rude to each other in the back when customers can see and hear them, not very professional. Can’t begin to imagine what would have came out if I had ordered something more complicated…

Been coming here for over a month now. This morning the lady took my order and made my coffee. I noticed that what I asked for was not on the coffee cup, I kindly asked the lady to fix it she proceeded to just say “I can’t take that back, here is some cream and the sugar is over there” really..and we know there is never enough room to add anything. Being in the hospitality industry for over 2 decades and her being dressed as the manager I just shook my head. I’ll make sure to have someone else take my order and make my coffee…my quick rant meant to publish this morning but I was too busy making my coffee the way I like it.

The employees in the drive thru are always lost. The girl that was in the drive thru today at 11am was so rude and can’t count. My order was $10.10 so I gave her $20.10 and she should’ve gave me $10 back but she gave me $9.90. This is the second time I’ve been here and the employees are so rude and have no personality. Also to make things worse, there was a hair in our egg and cheese wake up wrap. I won’t be going here again!!!

I been coming to this Dunkin location for years. I don’t know if it’ll ever be like it used to but since the Covid ordeal it is now different. Short staff is always the excuse now with any and every issue. I take small problems with a grain of salt. It is what it is. It sometimes issues is it acceptable and needs to be addressed.

Gave my order and asked if what I was ordering was in stock. I was told it was. 20 minutes later I was told it wasn’t and they could give me something else. Sat at window for 35 more minutes. They didn’t put the lid on my coffee cup and spilled hot coffee all over my arm and hand left 3 small blisters. Their fire alarm went off (no fire) and they wanted me to go inside to get my food which I had already paid for. When I refused to go in they said it would be awhile. I demanded my money back that took another 15 minutes. All of this while the guy that waited on me pranced around inside doing nothing except prance back and forth. It then cost me 5.00 at the car wash to get the coffee off my door and floor. Disgusted!

I just went to Dunkin’ Donuts this AM, I got there just after it opened around 5:10 or so…I bought a dozen donuts (and one apple fritter) that were ICY COLD and DAY OLD at 5AM!!! HORRIBLE DONUTS!!! Never again, I will not be back. I’ll drive twice as far and in the opposite direction to get a Krispy Kreme donut, at LEAST the box will be warm! TERRIBLE, ICY COLD, DAY OLD DONUTS AT 5AM, YUCK!!! Time to make the donuts…YESTERDAY…what a joke! At least advertise what you’re selling you hucksters! DAY OLD DONUTS. I suppose in this day and age I’m lucky to get donuts at all…sad.
