Anthony M has no business working in customer service. He was rude from start to finish. Couldn’t hear him on the drive thru speaker snatched my car from me as i paid handed me my food and drink as though I was a nuisance for being there. Tacos looked like they just threw the ingredients in the paper and hoped for the best.. will not be going back!

The Mexican pizza taste oily used, it tastes like it’s being made with used oil that’s not being changed. Not a good aftertaste. I’ve ordered it several times from this location and all of the times it’s tasted the same. It does not taste that way from different locations.

I pulled to the window to order, no one was behind me or in front of me. After saying hello and looking at the menu for literally 2 seconds they rudely rushed me to place my order. Don’t go through their drive through if you are not immediately ready to order or it will piss them off. I just left. They obviously didn’t want customers.

Stopped in for a snack. No customers inside but it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The staff look like they haven’t slept or taken showers in days. Uniforms / Clothes were dirty and hanging off the guy taking my order. The girl that delivered food to table wasn’t much better. Two staff members were outside smoking and came back in and started handling food without washing hands. Thank god I already had my food.

Update. Wow, negative star if possible. Not what it used to be. The most pathetic chicken crunch wrap. 2 small pieces of chicken in the entire entree. Drive thru, so we didn’t notice until we got home. No sauce , as was requested. Just a complete waste of money. They need to step it up. Way to many other places to spend your money.

Typical Taco Bell food-wise but the employee who was on the drive-through window taking orders when I went through for lunch was excellent!! Friendly and helpful, very pleasant and patient. Given the usual fast food “bored, talk so fast I can’t understand a thing, move along” drive-through experience, it was a welcome and delightful surprise! I complimented him at the window and told him how much I appreciated that he was making the extra effort to make customers happy.
