I will start with they were not rude in any way. But I still wasted $10 ordering tacos and asking for no tomatoes, take a guess what was on my tacos. Thank God I ordered a drink and a cheese roll up or it would have been an absolute waste of money and time

No customer service to speak of. Multiple people waited at the registers for 10+ minutes before the workers bothered to acknowledge their presence. Just because those ordering tablets exist doesn’t mean you can ignore your customers.

Cashier was rude over $0.14. He just threw the change into his till and said that he wasn’t counting it so I would not be getting my change back. Thankfully, I had told him when I handed it to him that he could keep the change but he obviously wasn’t listening and decided to be rude about the whole thing. If your employees can’t be pleasant and professional, they shouldn’t be working the window. Keep them in the kitchen to where they aren’t going to be rude to their guests.

Worse experience ever . When does a cheesy roll up come as a square or the next thing when does cheesy roll ups come with 2 tomato’s. This is not acceptable Taco Bell you need to do better. Also on top of that items missing. Since when does employees not check bags anymore.

I would like to start by saying great service at the counter from the staff. We ordered a nacho bell grande, due to my son having celiac disease, I asked for them to remove the cheese sauce and add shredded cheese. He did this without a problem, all the while the manager is in the background making comments about not knowing what is or isn’t gluten free and it’s not her job to know. She then made it a point to get onto the teenager for not charging me for the change in the cheese (cheese isn’t free and you have to charge them). This should have been done in private not out where all the customers could here.

I don’t know how hard it is just to be a decent employee. I give this Taco Bell chance after chance and they still mess it up and refuse to give your money back or remake it! The other employees just mock and laugh at you while your concerned about your own order. Terrible will never go back here again!
