Such a chill space to drop in for lunch and catch up, or grab and go. Wait time for how busy they were was not bad at all. Deena (please dont hate me for not spelling it right!) Was so great too. She took our order and made it easy for us with the kiddo. The food is excellent, and I can’t wait to take my husband to date night in our near future. The floors were slick as it was raining a lot today, but they made sure to greet us,our food was hot, and it was easy to be seated and served within a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

I chose to dine in post lunch rush around 1 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. The atmosphere is appropriately lit to give the best food presentation, and the music was non-intrusive low-fi style. The food tasted amazing (see attached photos)

This smaller restaurant features big flavors! Everything is well crafted and full of flavor. The Miso soups are extremely customizable and full of rich flavor and a lot of ingredients. The wait staff is super friendly and helpful with ordering. Food came out slowly but it was worth the wait! Street parking is busy in this area.

Had the build your own ramen, SO good. We had some appetizers, my favorite was the ocean balls . Had a warm matcha cocktail that was recommended by our server, he was very kind and talkative. It’s a smaller place I went on a weekday so I’m not sure what the busiest times are or what that’s like, but for our experience it was amazing.

We ordered to go a regular chicken teriyaki, a spicy chicken teriyaki and a chicken katsu. Each came with a side salad with dressing and a side of teriyaki sauce. For drinks we selected 3 Hawaiian Sun Lilikoi Passion fruit drink. The portions are just enough to make you feel very full! The owners are very nice and super accommodating.

I’ve been here multiple times and every time I have a great experience! The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean and welcoming. Walking inside feels as if I’m in Japan instead of downtown Everett. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a ramen spot! The food is very filling and well made. The Sakura tree inside really sells me on this spot and makes it one of the most memorable aspects that sticks out aside from the food. Great place for a date, lunch or bringing the family to eat!

This is one of our backup ramen spots if Yua Ramen in Edmonds is closed (they are THE BEST!) … Botan has a beautiful atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, and the menu is overall fairly tasty. Nothing too special or dazzling… The ramens are all good, although they aren’t 5 stars good. No unique options (like the black garlic miso ramen at Yua Ramen), and flavors are somewhat bland without added spice or toppings. The other menu options (appetizers, curries, etc) are fine too – not exceptional but good enough for the prices. Worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood but there is certainly better elsewhere!
