Tried to call to place an order for pick up for one pizza and some wings it was 815 on a Tuesday and they closed at nine well I called the first time and they put me on hold immediately without saying anything so I called back two or three more times and the same thing continued to happen. So I decided to just go ahead and drive to the store to place the order. When I got there i witnessed the cashier answer the phone and immediately put the person calling on hold without saying a word. She did this about 5 times while I waited for my food. Mind you, they were not busy at all I only saw one other order on the screen. So no excuse. While waiting outside the door for my food to finish I also overheard the employees inside cussing and complaining about having to make my order. I will not ever order from this store again.

UPDATE: Tried carry-out again 7FEB2022. Was told 20-25 minutes so went in at 20min. Order was still on computer, no sticker, hadn’t even started to make yet. Was told it would be ANOTHER 15-minutes.
