If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. First time trying. Went in to order, the restaurant was filthy and incredibly hot. The lady that took the order had no business in customer service. She was incredibly rude and in a hurry despite NO other customers. She kept saying “that it?” And kept getting items wrong. Then, she flat out lied to my face when I asked if she put the sauces in. Mind you, I had watched every move she made and she did not put them in, but said she did. Then, when I said, no ma’am, they are not in here, she came over and jerked the bag from my hand and went through the food without gloves. Finally, she grabbed 1 sauce and through it in the bag so rough that the sauce busted. And the cook in the back talked nonstop to another co-worker very loudly. Normally, who cares? Except that every other word that came out of his mouth was profanity. After 1 bite from the old and stale biscuit and 1 cold and dry french fry, I trashed the rest of the order. Horrible experience and will not be back.

Church’s Chicken can be good or bad it all depends on which one you go to. The restaurant atmosphere and its customer service depends on which one you go to. You have to get the chicken hot because if you get it cold it doesn’t taste good just as well as their honey butter biscuits and their sides, but overall is decent chicken for the price

This place makes McDonald’s seem like a luxurious restaurant. Dirty, rude staff, slow service, messed up order.. The two times I came here both took at least 45 mins to complete an order. YES you heard that right, 45 minutes to place an order for 3 piece and a biscuit with drink. Ridiculous!!!

This place is horrible and the district manager was even worse I spent 45.00 on 2 family feast meals which came with 10 pieces of chicken 2 classic sides and 5 biscuits and 5 jalapeños!!!! So the chicken was over cooked almost burned biscuits hard as bullets okra over cooked and cold fries hard and cold Mac and cheese cold jalapeño poppers over cooked and cold and this was on both meals!!!! When I called to speak about the food the manger told the young lady who picked up that she don’t wanna talk to anyone and I heard her say this!!!! I definitely will not be back after 20 years of spending my money….. I will not return and I want my money back asap!!!! This could have went left with how rude the manager is/was…… she needs to be retrained immediately….. horrible leadership from the top she was a district manager

I’m gonna guess she was the manager was awesome and the food was great , I had to go out to that area to price a tree job which I own A & B Tree Expert I’m on Google as well but wanted something to eat and swung into Churches Chicken and ordered my food and like I said before the manager was really awesome so when I’m out in that area again I will only stop by there and get my food if she is working

Chicken was nasty and tasted so old that we threw it away , they took away our biscuits when we asked for fresh chicken and we paid for it , the cashier was in the window eating chicken , don’t recommend this churches chicken ever , not going back there again.
