The food: Absolutely delicious. The meat is fresh, tender, juicy, and well seasoned. I had the habiachi steak, chicken, and shrimp. The vegetables were cut into nice bite-sized pieces. The meat made and tasty juice that paired well with the white rice. Also, I had the crab and avocado sushi roll. It was neatly rolled. The portion size matched the cost.

Tender, juicy and crispy, Very clean and professional staff. I tried the Hibachi Chicken and the Spicy Salmon Sushi and both tasted great. The yumyum sauce is made in-house and is really yummy. Garlic sauce adds the tangy essential taste. Overall 8.5/10 experience.

Food was very bland. We ordered Hibachi Chicken and Chicken Soba and was very disappointed with the taste. The chicken was very dry. The staff and the environment was however great. I would suggest the chef to work on making the food flavorful that anybody would appreciate it.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat. I spent many years looking for a halal restaurant that made delicious food that was also healthy… I am so grateful this place does! The food is prepped daily and kept fresh (never frozen). The care the staff put into the meals is exceptional. And they truly care about their customers, ensuring they provide the best quality of food possible. I may have found my forever home! I had the steak and shrimp hibachi. I also had the California sushi roll. The meat was not seasoned. The shrimp was rubbery. The sushi was dry and bland. The best part of my meal was the vegetables served with my rice. The tea was not freshly brewed, and this very pricey meal was served in Styrofoam. I will not be returning and I cannot recommend the food. The service was very pleasant, and the restaurant was clean.

I definitely recommend Hibachi Blue! This place is right down the street from my work, so I eat lunch here a lot. The family that own’s it are really friendly, and they even remember my name when I go in. With tip, I usually spend a little over $10 for the Hibachi Shrimp, and it’s delicious. I do wish they would go away from using styrofoam, but other than that I have zero complaints. Love this place.
