This location somehow manages to screw up at least one of the items in our orders when we use DoorDash. They must always be in a rush because there are usually several ingredients missing. Like this kids meal they forgot to put the meat and include the drink and kids fruit…..

I would give this a zero if I could. 1) messed up order 2)small order. I ordered online, could not log into my account even after I changed my password and contacted customer service. I ordered two steak burritos both with rice, sour cream and cheese for me and my boyfriend. They came without sour cream and without cheese. There was VERY LITTLE steak. I might as well have ordered a veggie, it would have been cheaper. I’m also 95lbs, and don’t eat alot. a Wendy’s $5 biggie bag last me two meals. Chipotle was worth the price of $12 when I knew that it would feed me for three meals (because the burritos would last me dinner, and lunch/dinner the next day. ) but i ate it in one sitting. I Struggled to hold the original burrito with both hands, this burrito I could fit neatly in one palm. The lack of getting my order correct + the decrease in size will make me hesitant to go back and I will NOT recommend it to my friends/family.

This franchise location is by far the best I’ve visited. The service is exceptional and the portions are incredibly generous. I don’t mind traveling further out of my way because I know it will be worth it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they always make sure my meal is exactly as I ordered it. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I haven’t had chipotle for 3 years and now I know why. 8 hours later, food poisoning symptoms and a full night of sleep completed gone/missed. I severely dislike this company/restaurant/chain. Horrible food. Do not go here or to any of them. Complete waste of time and money. Not worth the $12.50 that destroyed my intestines.
